This challenge is designed for people who work 9-to-5, Monday through Friday jobs. Calculate your personal nutritional needs before embarking on this challenge if you’re an avid exercise fan. I felt dizzy, faint, and generally terrible while working out on this challenge because I wasn’t taking in enough calories for the workouts I was doing. The grocery list needs to be in quantities, not recipe measurements. Several of the recipes need proofreading as they get a little confusing because ingredients are listed multiple times or entirely left out of the instructions. I’m currently planning to eat one meal or snack from this challenge every day going forward and I’m really excited about that. I stopped craving junk food (especially french fries) at the beginning of week 2, which is definitely something I would like to keep up. It’s also pretty simple to substitute out for a vegetable or fruit allergy. ![]() ![]() Most meat and fish can be substituted, and there were only one or two meals I couldn’t find substitutions for. It’s fairly simple to make this challenge vegetarian. These were all of my original goals, so it’s safe to say that this challenge was a success for me. I’ve also learned a lot about what I like and what I don’t like when it comes to fruit and veggies and how to cook various types of meals. I’ve learned how to make a lot of delicious recipes that are fairly simple to make again in the future. The title of this blog was originally facetious, but this has truly turned into an experience.
